Data and purpose

The request form uses your name, company, email, country or plant location, gas flow and composition, and any optional feedstock, intended use or message. These details are used to prepare and respond to your plant calculation request.

The form asks for your explicit agreement to process and respond to your enquiry.

Delivery and processors

Submitted enquiries are sent to Brevo to create a contact and deal and to send a notification to info@int-energia.com.

When you submit an enquiry, we include the entry and submission pages without query strings, the referring website origin when available, and the site language. With your separate optional agreement, we also include UTM tags and advertising click identifiers from this visit to assess campaign performance. These details are sent with the enquiry to our CRM and notification email and follow the same retention period. We do not store them in cookies or browser local storage.

Retention

For enquiries that do not result in a contract, we retain personal data for 5 months after the last contact, then delete it. Data relating to a concluded contract is subject to separate retention periods based on contractual and applicable legal obligations.

Your requests

You may contact the controller about access, correction or deletion of your data and other applicable data-protection rights, including withdrawal of consent. The final policy must provide the relevant complaint authority and full procedures.

Storage and analytics

Form data is not stored in browser local storage. Fonts are served with this site. Your choice is stored in carboloop_consent_v3 for 180 days. Google Analytics 4 loads only after Accept all. Google receives page visits, approximate device and location information and campaign tags; enquiry form contents are not sent to Analytics. Host-only carboloop_ga cookies last up to 180 days. Google may process data outside the EEA. Reject optional keeps Analytics off. Withdraw consent in Cookie settings to stop collection and delete these cookies.
